Learned Advocate appearing for the appellants states that the appeal was decided by this Court on 2nd March, 2012. At the time admission of the appeal, the Insurance Company-respondents had deposited Rs. 25,000/- and during the pendency of the appeal remaining amount of Rs. 3,27,177/- were deposited, total amount is invested in the fixed deposit in the bank from time to time.

2. None appears for the respondent.

3. The applicants are entitled to receive the amount. Registry is directed to pay the entire amount deposited before this Court after due verification to the applicants and more particularly, in terms of prayer clause (b), (c), (d) and (e).
