2. This is an application to transpose the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant namely 1(b) to (e) as party Respondent. It is pointed out that they may be transposed as formal Respondents as learned Counsel for the Applicant is not in a position to waive service on their behalf.

3. Hence, the application is allowed. The Appellant nos. 1(b) to (e) are transposed as Respondent nos. 5 to 8. Amendment to be carried out within one week. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondents returnable on 02.02.2017.
