Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.
2. By consent of parties, the application is allowed. It is made clear that this Court has not passed any order in so far as the proposed repairs to the storeroom are concerned. The parties would be at liberty to carry out repairs to the house which is subject matter of the dispute and which comprises of in all four compartments out of which three are stated to be in possession of the Applicant and the fourth one is in possession of the Respondent. The repairs shall be carried out subject to obtaining
CA/98/2018 necessary permission from the competent authority if so required. Any repairs carried out without obtaining any such permission if necessary shall be at the risk of the parties.
3. Civil Application is disposed of.
