The order dated 14.06.2024 passed by the Goa State Pollution Control Board has been placed on record. Accordingly, the directions issued by the Board vide order dated 21.02.2024 have been revoked with immediate effect specifically for the purpose of dismantling the unit of the applicant Jalesh Kamat. In this view of the matter, the application is worked out. The order dated 14.06.2024 passed by the Goa State Pollution Control Board be acted upon by the applicant.
