Shri Pangam, learned Advocate produced a copy of the Portuguese Civil Misc. Application No.158 of 2006 to show that it has been finally disposed off by an order dated 08/09/2017.

2. Shri Pangam, learned Advocate concedes in fairness that this petition would not survive in view of the disposal of the Portuguese Civil Misc. application. However, he reserves his rights to take all the grounds in the appeal challenging the order dated 08/09/2017. He also submits that he should be protected insofar as the findings recorded by the learned Civil Judge and the District Judge.
