By an order dated 18/5/2018 this Court had granted suspension of sentence and release of the applicant on bail subject to furnishingsof bail bond on the same terms and conditions as were granted by the learned Sessions Court and on deposit of fine amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs. 2.

Feeling aggrieved by the order directing deposit of fine amount, the applicant had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Slp. (Crl.) No. 4815/2018). The Hon'ble Supreme Court by the order dated 29/5/2018 had granted four weeks time beyond 30/5/2018 to deposit the fine. Thus the time to deposit was extended till 30/6/2018. The office report shows that the

Crma 280, 281 2018 applicant has deposited the fine amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs vide cheque dated 21/6/2018 which has been realized. In that view of the matter, the order dated 18/5/2018 is hereby made absolute which has operate during the pendency of the appeal. Both the criminal applications are disposed off. C. V. BHADANG, J.
