By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought to challenge the orders promoting the Private Respondents.

Rule was issued in this Petition on 24 November 2014. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has now been promoted. As far as aspect of inter se seniority is concerned, this issue is not raised in this Petition, nor any amendment is carried out. As far as promotional aspect is concerned, the Petition has become infructuous since the Petitioner stands

The Petitioner will make a representation to the Respondent Authorities in respect of the inter se seniority between the Petitioner and the Private Respondents and depending upon the outcome of the representation, liberty to the Petitioner to agitate her cause further.
