The applicants seek the recall of the order dated 03/05/2018 passed by this Court maintaining the earlier order dated 29/04/2016. Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the Bank Guarantee of Punjab National Bank bearing no.0461ILG000116 will be continued till the disposal of the proceedings before the Industrial Tribunal. He also does not have any objection to the respondents no.1 to 10 moving the Industrial Tribunal for the release of the amount by them which was earlier granted in terms of the order dated 03/05/2018. In these terms, the order dated 03/05/2018 stands modified.
