2. Mr. Terence Sequeira, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the FDR could be collected within two days from the date of passing of this order.

3. The Registry to release FDR bearing No.101756110002430 of Rs. 50,000/- drawn on Bank of India, Nerul Branch within two days to 10th February, 2025
