Learned Advocate General tenders a copy of the Show Cause Notice issued by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority taking cognizance of the complaint filed by the Petitioners. It is pointed out that the directions are also issued to the Deputy Collector and to the Secretary village Panchayat to ensure that no work is carried out at site. Authorities to which such directions are

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner agrees that in view of this position, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. The Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority, no doubt will take the show cause notice issued to its logical end. Petition is disposed of.
