Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Vide order dated 05.09.2024, the present petition was disposed of by following order:

"P.C .

Heard Ms A. Desai, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr R. Menezes, learned Advocate for the respondents.

2. Today both the learned Advocates along with their parties appeared and filed terms of settlement duly signed by parties and

their advocates.

3. It is reported now that parties have settled their dispute in terms of settlement.

4. Accordingly, respondent who as the plaintiff agreed to accept an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- towards full and final settlement which the Petitioner/Defendant agreed to deposit with this Court within a period of 45 days.

5. Both parties further agree that in view of the above terms, Regular Civil Suit bearing No. 82/2019/A shall be also disposed of.

6. Terms duly signed by the parties are accepted and marked X for identification.

7. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of.

8. Parties agree that a copy of the terms shall be forwarded to the Trial Court wherein civil suit is pending. Accordingly, an additional copy of terms of settlement duly signed by the parties is placed on record.

9. The Registrar (Judicial) is therefore directed to forward a copy of the terms to the trial Court.

10. In view of the above, petition stands disposed of as settled and the terms filed by the parties are accepted."

In paragraph No. 9 of the above order, the following sentence to be added.

" The learned Trial Court shall dispose of the said Civil Suit in view of the Consent Terms filed by the parties and forward it to the Registrar (Judicial)."

With the above addition to the order, which should be incorporated in the order dated 05.09.2024 and the corrected copy to be uploaded on the website.
