Heard Mr. S. Shet, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that half of the amount of compensation is deposited in the Trial Court on 24.05.2012. The learned counsel further states that the applicant was on bail during the pendency of trial and appeal and now N.B.W. issued against the applicant.
3. Looking to the averments in the application, the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant is suspended till disposal of the petition. In the meantime, the applicant be released on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount subject
CRMA/142/2015 to deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of four weeks before the Trial Court. The bail bond to be furnished before the Trial Court. K. L. WADANE, J.
