The applicant is seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 22/03/2017 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.45/2017. The cancellation of bail is sought only on the ground that after the grant of anticipatory bail, the third respondent/ accused has threatened the applicant/ complainant, which is in breach of one of the conditions, on which, anticipatory bail was granted. If that be so, the applicant can always approach the learned Sessions Judge and point out that there is breach of the conditions of bail, amounting to misuse of the same. In such circumstances, with liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Judge, the Criminal Application (Main) is disposed of.

2. Needless to mention that if such an application is filed, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
