2. This is an application to extend the stay granted by this Court whilst disposing of the Second Appeal by Judgment dated 18th December, 2014. Shri J. Godinho, learned Counsel appearing the respondents has vehemently opposed the said request on the ground that sufficient time was given to the respondents.

3. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the contentions of the learned Counsel appearing for

MCA/356/2015 the applicants, I find it appropriate in the interest of justice to extend the stay granted by this Court dated 18/12/2014 by a further period of 45 days from today, subject to furnishing a similar undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court within one week.
