It is brought to our notice that the certain measures need to be taken pending the elections of the Respondent- Society which are scheduled on 16 July 2018.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that till the election results are declared, the bills will have to be paid for the maintenance of the society. The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.6 and 8 states that the Respondents are not averse for payment of these bills for maintenance of the society, it should not be construed that the right is conferred on the Applicant by way of this order. 3.
Though the elections are going to be held shortly, in the meanwhile, if the premises of the society are not maintained, it will affect all the members. Only on this consideration, we permit the Applicant to pay the bills which are stated at serial Nos.1 to 7 of the table of expenses handed over to us, which we have taken on record. The Applicant will make the said payment by way of cheque and will maintain the accounts along with the receipts. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
