3. Considering the order dated 23.03.2023 passed by this Court, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicants that respondent nos. 16 and 4th July, 2023

MCA 225 of 2023 17 herein i.e. Laxmi Shrikant Naik and Shrikant Narayan Naik have expired without any issue.

4. Needless to mention that steps are to be taken in accordance with law. All contentions and rights in that regards are kept open.
