2. This is an application to suspend the sentence imposed on the applicant pursuant to the order dated 21.03.2011 passed by the J.M.F.C., Ponda, which came to be confirmed by the Sessions Court, Ponda.

3. Looking to the averments in the application, the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant is suspended till disposal of the petition. In the meantime, the applicant be released on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount subject

CRMA/141/2015 to deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks. The bail bond to be furnished before the Trial Court.
