Shri A. F. Diniz learned Advocate on behalf of the Appellant in fairness submits, on instructions, that he would not press for the Appeal however directions be issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial since the case is based on documents and to dispose off the same within a period of six months.

2. Shri S. D. Padiyar learned Advocate for the Respondents accepted the said submission of Shri A. F. Diniz, learned Advocate for the Appellants but considering the workload on the Trial Court, sought for little enlargement of time to dispose off the matter.

3. In view of the fair concession coming across the bar from both the learned Advocates, the Appeal is disposed off with directions to the learned Trial Court to dispose off the Suit as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a year from today.
