2. This is an application to deposit the amount in terms of the Decree passed by this Court dated 31.01.2014. The Decree is directing the Applicants to pay money to the Respondents herein. Such amount can be deposited in terms of Order 21 Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code before the competent Court. Hence, the Applicants are at liberty to invoke the said provisions before the concerned Court in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, Shri Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above

MCA/569/2014 application to avail of such remedy. Hence the application stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
