Heard Shri J. J. Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents No.1 to 4, 6, 8 to 10.

2. During the course of hearing of the above petition, the main grievance of the petitioner is that despite of an inspection report dated 11 May 2015, submitted by the Health Officer, the concerned Authorities are not taking necessary action in connection with the subject-construction.

3. Without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, we find it appropriate to dispose of the above writ petition on the basis of a statement of the learned Advocate General

WP/423/2015 appearing for the Authorities that necessary action shall be taken in accordance with law, based on the said report submitted by the Health Officer, within a period of three months from today.
