This is an application seeking restoration of the petition which stood dismissed for non prosecution on 1/3/2021. In the application, it is explained that the matter could not be attended to depsite efforts made during the period of lock down to trace the up-dates of the matter. It appears that a bonafide mistake occurred on the part of the applicant and the counsel. Therefore, sufficient ground is made out for restoration of the writ petition. 2.

Accordingly, the order dated 1/3/2021 is recalled and the Criminal Writ petition no. 210 of 2019 is restored to file. 13th Oct..2021
