2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. This is an application for condonation of delay of 44 days caused for filing appeal against the judgment and decree passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge-I, Fast Track Court I, South Goa, Margao in Regular Civil Appeal No.391 of 2010.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to condone the delay.

5. The reasons stated in the application in paragraphs (b) and (c)

MCA/590/2015 appear to be just and reasonable.

6. Hence, application is allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register the appeal.

7. Application stands disposed of.
