The possession has already been agreed to be handed over by the Petitioner to the State and the proceedings for enhancement also permitted to be continued. Stand over to 8 October 2018. To be listed under the caption "For Directions" on the weekly board to enable the parties to inform the Court whether the petition survives any further."
