Heard Mr. Nigel Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. P. Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The above application for contempt has been filed by the applicant on the ground that there are violations of the ad interim order dated 18/4/2016 and the subsequent order dated 8th June, 2015 disposing of the Writ Petition No.951/2015.

3. Mr. P. Rao, learned Counsel who was appearing on behalf

CP/20/2016 of the original respondents was asked to take instructions with regard to the allegations made in the application for contempt. Mr. Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, upon instructions of the respondents, states that according to the respondents they have not violated the orders of the Court and that the status quo at the site as directed, is still prevailing.

4. Mr. Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant seriously disputes the said contentions of the respondents.

5. As the Writ Petition has already been disposed of, we find it appropriate to dispose of the above application by directing the GCZMA to ensure that the ad interim order passed by this Court dated 18th April, 2016, which has been thereafter continued while disposing of the Writ Petition by order dated 8th June, 2016, are complied forthwith.
