2. This is an application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.3(b) on record. It is not disputed that the respondent no.3(a) is the husband of the deceased respondent no.3(b) who is already on record.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.3(b) are ordered to

MCA/479/2016 be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within one week.

4. Ms. K. Pednekar, learned counsel waives service on behalf of the newly added legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.3(b).
