M I N U T E S Parties have settled the matter. The appellants/Insurance Company shall pay to the respondent a sum, of Rs.9,15,080/- (Rupees nine lakhs fifteen thousand and eighty only) inclusive of amount paid under no fault liability and without any interest by way of settlement of this appeal. The respondent will be free to withdraw the amount deposited before the High Court. Balance amount to be refunded to the Insurance Company alongwith with accrued interest. Registrar may facilitate the process of withdrawal.
