Mr Raikar, learned counsel for the petitioner based on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court for discharge. Tis leave was applied for after it was pointed out that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If any application is filed for discharge, the 3rd OCTOBER 2023
