2. The appeal was admitted on 25.08.2020. The applicants are senior citizens aged around 67 and 72 years. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that considering the age of the applicants and the relief sought in the appeal, the hearing of the appeal may be expedited.

4. Learned advocate for the respondent has no objection for expeditious hearing of the appeal.
