Heard Mr. Desai the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, who is the contesting respondent. It is submitted that there was ad interim relief operating all along, however, that was not specifically continued on 4/7/2015, the date on which rule was issued. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 does not dispute the said position. In such circumstances, the civil application is allowed. There shall be interim stay in terms of prayer clause (B) of the main petition during pendency of the petition.
