According to us, this is a proper course of action, since, there is mismatch between the averments in the Petition and the prayers sought for. Besides, we feel that too many unnecessary issues have been raised in the matter, for which, we may not be able to grant any appropriate relief since, there are matters pending before the DRT and DRAT.
