2. Both the parties agree that the Accused/Respondent No.1 shall pay to the Complainant a sum of Rs. 50,000/- by cheque on the 20th April, 2019 by way of final settlement of the present dispute.

3. The Criminal Appeal No. 11/2016 shall stand settled on the above terms. The payment to be made before the Member Secretary of the Goa State Legal Services Authority on 20th April, 2019.

4. The parties further agree that they will have no claims against one another after the said payment.
