By this application, the applicants challenge the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration.

2. Heard Shri V. Rodrigues, learned Additional Government Advocate for the applicant.

3. Sufficient cause is made out. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to condition that all office objections should be removed within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the order passed by the Registry dated 4th July, 2014 shall stand restored.
