Affidavit in reply filed by Respondent no.1 is taken on record. In the affidavit in reply, the respondent no.1 has listed in detail the parole leave availed by the Petitioner in the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and also furlough, to point out that the Petitioner has availed furlough and parole of 680 days so far. The petition is also opposed on the ground that the request of the Petitioner does not fall within the ambit of Section 324 of Goa Prisons Rules, 2006.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the application has been rejected by the Respondents, this petition does not survive.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
