2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was given visitation rights on last Friday. It may be significant to note that in view of the Consent Terms on the basis of which the Writ Petition no. 234 of 2012 was disposed of, the petitioner is allowed to visit the child in her school at Jabalpur. In such circumstances, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition which is, accordingly, disposed of.
