2. Heard Shri S. D. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and Shri J. P. Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 2.

3. During the course of the hearing of the above Petition, Shri Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 2, upon instructions, has submitted that a fresh certificate will be issued to the Petitioner in terms of the earlier certificate as reflected at page 56 filed along with the affidavit and also disclosing the name of the Petitioner for the purpose of securing admission at Bits Pilani.

4. The said statement of Mr. Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 2, upon instructions of the Secretary, who is present in Court today, is accepted and, accordingly, nothing survives in the above Petition which stands disposed of.
