After hearing Mr Ravi Anand, learned counsel for the petitioners, we find that the issue raised in the present petition should have been canvassed by filing appropriate applications in Writ Petitions No.47/2018 and 831/2018 which are stated to be pending. From the order dated 24.09.2018 made in the above Writ Petitions, we find that by way of an interim arrangement the Inspector General of Societies, South Goa was appointed as an Administrator of Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha at Vasco. Tis Administrator was to take over the overall administration of the Gurudwara.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings in the pending petitions.
