Mr. Bhargav Khandeparkar, learned Advocate for the petitioner places on record order dated 19th June,2018, in which, the petitioner, has challenged the very same order which is now sought to be challenged in this Appeal from Order.

2. He states that in view of the order dated 19th June, 2018, by which the Writ Petition No.479 of 2018 against the very same order has been admitted, he has instructions not to press this Appeal from Order.

3. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal from Order with liberty to pursue the Writ Petition No.479 of 2018.

4. Accordingly, subject to the issue of maintainability of the petition, which is already kept open by the aforesaid order dated 19th June,2018, leave is granted to withdraw this Appeal from Order.

5. This Appeal from Order is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
