Mr. Vallabh Pangam, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that for the present, the Petitioner will be satisfied if some directions are issued to Respondents No.1 and 2 to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 28 th May 2021 (Exhibit 'N', page 62 of the paper book), within a time-bound manner. He submits that should the result be adverse, liberty be granted to reinstitute the Petition and raise all permissible grounds. 2.

According to us, the request made by Mr. Pangam is quite reasonable and the same is also not opposed by the learned

Government Advocate Mr. Manish Salkar. Mr. Salkar states that the representation will be disposed of within 6 weeks from today. This statement is accepted and Respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to act accordingly.

In case, the representation does not meet the result favourable to the Petitioner, the Petitioner will, undoubtedly, have an opportunity to challenge such result, inter alia, by raising all grounds, including the grounds which have been raised in the present Petition. 4.

With the liberty and directions as aforesaid, this Petition is disposed of.
