2. Considering that the election process is already in operation, the question of exercising jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage, based on the allegations in the above petition would not be justified.

3. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
