This is an application for widing up of the company M/s. Amiantit Fiberglass Industries India Pvt. Ltd. The petitioner claims to be an unsecured creditor of the said company.

2. Ms. Razaq, the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator points out that by an order dated 9/6/2016 in Company Petition no.11 of 2013, the said company has already been directed to be wound up and the Official Liquidator is appointed as a Liquidator to carry out such exercise. In such circumstances, the prayer for widening of the company does not survive as there is already a direction to wind up the company in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, the Company petition is disposed

COP/31/2014 of with liberty to the petitioner to lodge his claim, if any, before the Official Liquidator at the appropriate stage.
