This is an application for continuation of interim relief, granted as per order dated 05.05.2017, while disposing of Writ Petition No. 452/2017.
2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already approached the learned District Judge and the application for interim relief is pending.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection for extension as prayed.

4. A perusal of the order dated 05.05.2017 shows that there was a statement made on behalf of the respondents and acting on the same, the respondents were restrained from demolishing the life guard tower at Majorda, which is subject matter of dispute.
5. In such circumstances, by consent of parties, the interim relief as was granted by order dated 05.05.2017, shall continue for a period of six weeks. In the meantime, the learned District Judge shall decide the application for interim relief, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of five weeks from today.
