Heard learned Counsel for the parties for some time.

2. This Petition is disposed off by consent of parties in the following terms:

(a) The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, Mrs. Benedita B. Godinho and Mr. Julio Joaquim Godinho, who are personally present before the Court, states that the petitioners have inspected the alternate premises, provided by the respondents, yesterday i.e. on 21.08.2019. The petitioners undertake to vacate the suit premises and shift to the said alternate premises, within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

WP/588/2018 (b) The respondents shall hand over an equivalent area to the petitioners in the reconstructed premises, within eighteen months from today, as per the order passed by the learned District Judge. (c) The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners shall approach the respondents to obtain one shop on monthly rent. It is made clear that it will be purely optional for the respondents to consider the proposal made, if any, in this regard.

(d) In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. C. V. BHADANG, J.
