Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The prayer is for expedited hearing of First Appeal No.104 of 2009. It is submitted that the dispute pertains to denial of promotion to the appellant, who is at the verge of retirement. In either case, having regard to the fact that the first appeal pertains to the year 2009, the office to add the same to the final hearing board subject to the appeal being otherwise ready for final hearing.
