Heard Shri Rohan P. Desai, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Shri M. Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents.

The applicant prays for stay/suspension of the sentence dated 30/04/2018 and 7/05/2018 passed by the learned President, Children's Court. The learned President has imposed the sentence of 3 years for various offences and which is ordered to run concurrently apart from the payment of fine in the total amount of ₹2,00,000/-. The applicant has

crma no.152/2018 been secured with the order of suspension of sentence by the order dated 7/05/2018 of the learned President of the Children's Court which is expiring today. Considering the factual matrix and that the applicant is otherwise secured with the order of suspension, the impugned judgment and order is stayed subject however to the applicant executing the personal bond in the amount of ₹50,000/- and one local security in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned President of the Children's Court. He shall deposit a part of the fine amount of ₹1,00,000/- by tomorrow before the Registry of this Court and the balance amount within two weeks thereafter failing which the applicant shall be liable to surrender to the custody of the Children's Court for suffering the sentence of imprisonment. In these terms, the application stands disposed off.
