2. The learned Counsel for the original appellants submits that the paper book charges have already been deposited by him. However, the paper book is not ready. Registry is directed to prepare the paper book at the earliest.

3. Though it is submitted that the applicant/original respondent no.1 is a senior citizen of 73 years old, there are several appeals in which the parties are senior citizens and, therefore, this matter needs to be placed as per its turn for the purpose of final hearing.
