It is pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court dated 13th June, 2011, the applicant has already furnished a Bank Guarantee to the satisfaction of the Registrar. The applicant undertakes to keep the said Bank Guarantee alive until disposal of the appeal.

2. In view of the above, the application stands disposed of by directing stay of the operation of impugned Judgment and Decree dated 14th March, 2011, passed by the Adhoc District Judge-2, FTC-II in Regular Civil Suit No.146/2009.
