"DECISION: The matters were taken up and it was noted that in the 14 cases, the above named Respondents had been served with a copy of the respective Orders; thereby communicating the respective orders to the parties. However, the receipt of the order of being communicated is not traceable in the office records and hence the Authority decides to hold the same decisions taken in the respective meetings i.e. the 203rd, 207th, 209th, 218th and 219th GCZMA Meetings respectively and only re-communicate the order afresh." 5.
