Misc. Civil Application No.847/2019 is also allowed and the legal representatives of respondent no.4 are permitted to be brought on record.

Misc. Civil Application No.848/2019 is also allowed in terms of the following prayer:

"It is therefore prayed that Maya Dinesh Sawant has no interest in the matter which is adverse that of the minor Respondent 4(d) her daughter Vaishnavi Dinesh Sawant and is a fit person to be appointed as her Guardian ad Litem.

"

Ms. Narvekar states that necessary amendments will be carried out within four weeks from today. If any of the newly impleaded legal representatives are to be served then steps will also be taken within four weeks from today to serve them.
