This is an application for withdrawal of the 50% of the compensation granted in favour of the applicants/original respondents no.2 & 3. In view thereof, the application is allowed for the reasons set out in the application and 50% of the compensation granted in favour of the applicants no.2 & 3 is ordered to be released in their favour. It is made clear that the amount to the share of the minor claimant shall be invested in the Fixed Deposit till she attains the age of majority.
