Pending appeal, the Respondent no.2 passed away. This application is moved to bring his legal representatives on record. It is averred that the right to sue survives against the legal representatives. It appears that application is moved within time. 2.

In that view of the matter, it is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus : (a) That this Hon. Court be pleased to permit the persons named at serial nos. (i) to (ii) under 5th July 2022
